Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Apply a structured methodology and support change management activities and integrate change management activities into project plan.
Work with GIS project team and affected organizations to identify plans to address changes to internal business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
Work with Corporate Affairs, Customer Operations, Electric Operations, Gas Operations, Steam Operations and other groups within the Company to support in developing and implementing a communications plan and a customer outreach plan that will enhance our customer and stakeholder experience throughout the GIS Project.
Work with The Learning Center (TLC), Human Resources, GIS project team leads, vendors to support the training plan that will include the necessary mechanisms to ensure user readiness.
Support with the development of reports and presentations to company employees, including executives and all levels of management, as well as regulatory parties and external stakeholders.
Required Education/Experience
Master's Degree and 3 -5 years' relevant work experience or
Bachelor's Degree and 5 -8 years' relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience
Strong leadership skills; Experience in leading and facilitating meetings and workshops Required
Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products(e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Required
Experience in Project Management such as work planning, status reporting, issue/risk management Required
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Required
Independent Woker & team player Required
Experience in and/or knowledge of Steam Distribution System, which can include Steam piping system, traps, Remote Monitoring System, field inspection and the balance of plant auxiliaries. Preferred
Five years of proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Preferred
Prior experience with large projects Preferred
Prior experience with change management efforts or projects Preferred
Supervisory experience Preferred
Skills & Ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License Required
Physical Demands
- Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
Other Physical Demands
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
