Description We are in search of a Sr. Netsuite Systems Administrator to join our team located in New York, New York. The individual will be a part of the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The role requires expertise in software such as NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Concur, Coupa, PBCS, Workiva, ZenDesk, and Workato.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the company's SOX policies and procedures, which includes the management and maintenance of support tickets.

• Leverage your experience in systems implementation, customizations, and administrative tasks with software like NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Concur, Coupa, PBCS, Workiva, ZenDesk, and Workato.

• Utilize SuiteScripts 2.0 to optimize system performance and user experience.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Technologies and Netsuite CRM to effectively perform job functions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Requirements • Possess significant experience and knowledge in Netsuite CRM and NetSuite

• Proficient in using and implementing Coupa and Oracle NetSuite Technologies

• Ability to administer and manage NetSuite applications and configurations

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite related issues

• Proven track record in managing and completing multiple tasks and projects

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience in training users on new processes and functionalities

• Proficiency in developing, maintaining and improving system workflows

• Proactive in staying updated with the latest NetSuite features and upgrades

• Experience in managing NetSuite integration with other systems
