Overview
Responsible for the coordination of Talent Acquisition processes for new hires and transfers for exempt and non-exempt employees. Supports the Talent Acquisition team with communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS), reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, background check inquiries, candidate communications, job postings, coordinating and scheduling testing. Supports Talent Acquisition team with reviewing and processing invoices, internal email distribution lists, communications with candidates and partners in Testing Services and the business. Responsible for assisting in department projects and working independently.Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities- Assist with candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pull accurate data to report on pipelines and other talent acquisition metrics.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure process changes and best practices are implemented to create efficiencies in the process.
- Provide consistent and timely follow up with outside vendors and agencies as well as internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of best-in-class customer service.
- Update candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Set up travel for candidates when required as well as execution of candidate reimbursement for interview and associated costs.
- Administer and validate vendor invoicing and expense transactions.
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HCM communications share knowledge with new and fellow team members.
- Flexible to cover gaps in the team during period of high volume or team member absences.
- Demonstrate a track record of driving process improvements and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sense of urgency and drive to effectively meet the demands of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously and navigate ambiguity.
- Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of a high caliber work product.
- Audit job descriptions and postings for proper formatting, spelling and punctuation.
- Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System communications as required.
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience- High School Diploma/GED and with at least seven years of work experience. or
- Associate's Degree and with at least five years of work experience. or
- Bachelor's Degree and with at least three years of work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and with at least three years of work experience preferably in areas such as Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or working in a fast paced environment performing administrative functions.
- At least three years of work experience preferably in areas such as Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or working in a fast paced environment performing administrative functions is required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement in managing all aspects of the recruiting process is required.
- Agile learner with ability to quickly become proficient in performing the functions associated with the Oracle recruiting module is required.
- Project management experience in driving the stakeholders to achieve the key objectives of the action plan within the tight deadlines is required.
- Experience in the application of recruiting and sourcing techniques, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices a plus.
- Recruiting experience is preferred.

- Driver's License Required
- Other: SHRM Certification and/or Recruitment Certification Preferred
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

- Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
- Ability to read small print and symbols
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed

Minimum Salary: 80000.00 Maximum Salary: 105000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
