ConEdison Specialist, Talent Management - L&I Recruitment in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma/GED and with at least seven years of work experience. or
Associate's Degree and with at least five years of work experience. or
Bachelor's Degree and with at least three years of work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and with at least three years of work experience preferably in areas such as Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or working in a fast paced environment performing administrative functions.
Relevant Work Experience
At least three years of work experience preferably in areas such as Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or working in a fast paced environment performing administrative functions is required.
Excellent organizational skills are required.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to exercise independent judgement in managing all aspects of the recruiting process is required.
Agile learner with ability to quickly become proficient in performing the functions associated with the Oracle recruiting module is required.
Project management experience in driving the stakeholders to achieve the key objectives of the action plan within the tight deadlines is required.
Experience in the application of recruiting and sourcing techniques, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices a plus.
Recruiting experience is preferred.

Driver's License Required

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed
