Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Develop strong understanding of relevant product area, codebase, or systems. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering. Produce high-quality code with good test coverage using modern abstractions and frameworks. May be assigned to specific group focused on product or infrastructure. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of variety of factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Master internal development standards from developing to releasing code to take on tasks and projects with increasing levels of complexity. Effectively communicate complex features and systems in detail. Participate in stability of production systems through on-call. Partner closely with infrastructure and operations teams to build and scale back-end services.Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.Requires two years of experience in the following:1. Coding in: C, C++, Java, or C#;2. Building large-scale infrastructure applications;3. Creating web applications using: Python, PHP, or Ruby;4. Relational databases and SQL;5. Building APIs using: Thrift or GraphQL;6. Automated testing such as unit tests, integration tests, or end-to-end testing.
