BS degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science or related field of study + 2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer. Experience is required and must include the following: a)Commercial experience with electricity market auction solutions;b)Implementation and testing of new requirements;c)Maintaining production delivery, and automation of deployment; d)Planning architecture stack;e)Use of tool/technologies: Drools Rules, Flowable, Java, Hibernate, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), JUnit, Log4j, Mockito, Apache Maven, Continuous Deployment, Docker, GitHub, Groovy, Jenkins, IntelliJ Idea.Duties: Development of a settlement of electric energy market platform. Implement and test new requirements. Communicate with the customer and platform core team. Problem solving not limited by prod issue resolution, planning architecture stack, knowledge transfer and coaching. Utilize the following technology and skills: Java 11, Java Message Service (JMS), Drools Rules, Flowable, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Kafka, Oracle, Hibernate, Quartz, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Angular, JavaScript, JUnit, Log4j, Mockito, REST, SOAP, Apache Maven, Groovy, Continuous Deployment, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, TeamCity, IntelliJ Idea. * Position allows for telecommuting and may require applicant to provide intermittent on-site services at unanticipated client worksites throughout the U.S. Applicant must be willing to travel and relocate.
