JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Manager - Installment Lending in New York, New York

Description for Internal Candidates:

Join our team to lead innovative lending solutions, impacting customer experiences with cutting-edge financial products.

As a Lead in Product Design for Lending Innovation, you will drive the delivery of Interest and Installment Lending functionality. Collaborate with Business Analysts and engineering teams to create and implement new features, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams to build and deliver new lending products.

  • Recommend business priorities and advise on solution options and risks.

  • Represent stakeholders and provide clarity to scrum teams.

  • Make informed decisions and inspect sprint outcomes.

  • Communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience building point-of-sale lending, credit-based, and/or installment lending products.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to define structure for credit and lending products.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodology.

  • Knowledge of JIRA for product planning and writing epics.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Experience with Pricing.

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.

  • Enterprise Products Management expertise.

  • Master's degree, preferably in a technical field (Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
