As a Senior Manager, Product Management - Tech, Ad CX, you will lead the charge in defining, inventing and launching ad solutions that will surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike, leveraging you deep knowledge of advertising technologies. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will lead a team of Product Managers owning the user experience, design, and technology required to deliver an advertising experience that is customer-obsessed, non-intrusive and engaging.

Key job responsibilities

  • Set a global product vision for Ad CX

  • Lead a team of Product Managers in developing and executing on a high-impact, customer-focused product strategy and roadmap for Ad CX

  • Launch high impact products and services that enhance Ad CX and drive business success with advertisers

  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, monetization, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams

  • Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to attain their business and career goals

  • Design the right team structure and mechanisms to meet long-term business goals

A day in the life

Successful candidates have a passion for streaming and digital advertising and demonstrate product leadership skills by fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical and design counterparts. You must have strong business judgment, customer obsession and be technical proficiency in addressing customer needs and business needs. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a matrixed, highly-ambiguous environment . You leverage mental models and data-driven decision making, and can effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with leaders of all levels. As a leader on the team, you will make recommendations to senior leaders and drive alignment across levels, functions, and organizations.

As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of team management experience

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
