We're looking for a digital strategist who is all aboutenhancing corporate reputation.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute corporate social strategies including swimlane development
- Manage corporate social accounts for companies and individual executives
- Write content with the gravitas of a C-Suite executive
- Audit clients' social accounts and that of their peers and understand what makes them success (or fail)
- Directly manage flawless execution of digital and social strategies, including content ideation and production, community management oversight, paid media optimizations, social media analytics, influencer activations and more
- Analyze existing and potential clients' social media and digital landscape, and make strategic recommendations to achieve client goals alongside our digital Analytics team
- Partner with PR and content teams to achieve client communications goals
- Conduct research, assemble presentations and present in new business pitches
- Help guide junior staff on professional development
- Proofread and edit digital content as needed
- Oversee and contribute to reporting on your digital activations
What You Have:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an agency or in house
- Deep experience with LinkedIn
- Relevant experience across key social media properties including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads
- Experience writing and creating strategies for C-suite execs on social media (LinkedIn a must)
- Experience managing corporate social handles
- Experience with social listening tools (example: brandwatch)
- Excellent writer with the ability to write like a C-suite exec, ability to master different voices
- Experience/interest in the corporate and financial services space
- Skilled at social media analytics, reporting
- Ability to use PPT to share a strategy and tell a story
- Collaborative attitude and willing to roll sleeves up to complete great work
- "Driver" personality with solid client-facing skills
- Pulse on emerging social platforms and cultural trends
- Social content strategy experience
- Understanding of social media analytics and optimizations
- Expertise in social media listening and reporting
Salary range: $70,000 - $130,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
