A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a rich understanding of the data needs and new data opportunities that better equip our teams to deliver insights to Fox Business units
Responsible for managing a team of analysts that help with the vision and provide guidance, be a coach and take responsibility for meeting deadlines
Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage business needs from a data and analytics perspective
Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, data catalog, business definitions, process dependencies, flows, and decisions related to the development cycle of analytical solutions
Strong technical understanding of systems and technologies with expertise to help build solutions as required
Deliver business value through effective reporting and advanced insights by driving excellence in the execution of business intelligence projects
Deliver new dashboarding capabilities, standardized reporting needs, and news data assets
Continuously drive toward efficiency by simplifying and automating where possible, eliminating redundancy across the organization, refining data structures, and building data views as needed to support higher team productivity
Develop effective relationships with business partners and peers across segments - including product, project, and engineering teams to understand data initiatives and capabilities across the company
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Strong understanding of best practices of standardized reporting, data modeling, modern data infrastructure, and large structured & unstructured datasets
Experience and knowledge in digital media and have a strong understanding of AdTech and digital marketing
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Looker
Experience leading and building teams
Fundamental data architecture and design skills
Excellent knowledge of SQL and strong data transformation skills
Business-facing experience that includes building relationships with new business partners, project request intake, and presentations
Background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
Experience in Tableau is a plus
Familiarity with the following: Lucidchart, Google Suite, Tableau, Atlan and Service Now

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $140,000.00-170,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
