Senior Collaboration Engineer

Fitch Group's Collaboration Services Technology team is currently seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer based out of our New York office.

The Collaboration Services team is driving the Modern Workplace, that is focused on improving the overall end user experience across Fitch. The collaboration technologies, specifically SharePoint, are paramount in enabling Fitch employees to work more efficiently and more securely.

We'll Count on You To:
  • Function as the Subject Matter Expert for Fitch's M365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments
  • Part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day engineering and support of all core Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Azure/Entra AD
  • Drive the enterprise-wide migration of disparate file share systems into SharePoint Online
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology partners to integrate M365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint and Teams) with business applications and processes
  • Drive integration of 3 rd party governance and provisioning tool (AvePoint) for SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive


What You Need to Have:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with specific focus on SharePoint
  • 5 years of Microsoft 365 engineering and support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD and Microsoft security
  • Must be able to work as part of a team with a strong focus on end user experience


What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerBI)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Experience implementing and supporting AvePoint Cloud Governance and Policies
  • Prior experience working in a regulated industry

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $105, 000 and $160, 000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
