As a key member of the CMO organization, the Senior Manager will report to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational components of the CMO departmental budget and other key operational deliverables across the CMO office.
What you'll be doing:Managing the day-to-day CMO departmental budget by partnering with finance to keep track of spend and monthly/quarterly variances.
Creating and tracking POs, as needed.
Partnering with sourcing, as needed for third-party engagements.
Partnering with finance to prepare materials for executive group reviews, including decks and speaking notes.
Managing yearly planning, including annual goals and build of budget.
Supporting other CMO teams with budget questions and any budget related activities, as needed, including acting as a central point of contact and key connector of teams and information to reinforce standards and best practices.
Identifying and implementing process improvements related to the department's budget management processes.
Leading departmental audit and compliance activities, as needed.
Supporting change management of transformational CMO-wide initiatives, as needed.
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience managing communications and status reporting across multiple organizational levels and teams, including C-suite.
Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
Keen attention to detail and high degree of responsiveness.
Strong project management skills and agile mindset.
Advanced experience with Google Sheets/Slides and Excel and comfortable with working with large sets of data.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
