FOX Senior Business Analyst (R50027489) in New York, New York
As a Sr. Business Analyst in the Business & Data Platforms organization, you will be responsible for working with internal and external partners to develop and document application solutions including data flows, business processes, integrations, data processing logic. This role is focused on media broadcast business system solutions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead requirements gathering with internal and external stakeholders including Product Management, Broadcast Operations and Vendor Partners.
- Understand how Program, Schedule, and Playout data is used across the product landscape.
- Lead solutioning and design workshops with internal stakeholders and external partners to create data flows, business processes, integrations, and data processing logic to meet requirements.
- Translate requirements and proposals into user stories for development teams, test cases (including various edge cases) for QA teams, and process flows/SOPs for Operations teams.
- Collect data points and perform process and technical analysis to better inform user stories and to troubleshoot.
- Provide support to define and execute real-time change requests between business, programming, and integration teams.
- Perform Salesforce Administration tasks to enable research, data cleansing/migration, release management.
- Assist in the creation, development, and tracking of project work including software installations, configuration changes, feature enhancements, and data migration efforts.
- Manage lower environments, UAT Refresh activities and post-refresh Salesforce administration tasks
- Responsible for functional validation testing of new features and processes
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities with the Salesforce platform including declarative Salesforce configuration such as validation rules, process builder, flows, and object management.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong understanding of integration and API patterns
- Comfort with common collaboration tools including but not limited to Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence).
- Demonstrated self-composure, low tolerance for process ambiguity, and personal + professional integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers and leadership as demonstrated by documentation that is well organized and easy to comprehend.
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Experience with the streaming, broadcasting, and/or entertainment industries.
- Passion for enabling sports, entertainment and news content distribution to our partners and viewers.
- Familiarity with analytics frameworks and tools, such as Tableau.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $95,000.00-127,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
