Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence to support initiatives in change management, portfolio management, project management, compliance, document management, and Global Capability Center (GCC) enablement.

This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Analyst will work cross-functionally to support project execution, optimize operational processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to influence key initiatives and drive operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Support the execution of key project initiatives from planning to completion.

  • Assist in the integration of the Future Digital Workflow across Media Brands agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Contribute to the MediaBrands transition to Prisma, including training, testing, and phased rollout.

  • Aid in the enhancement of Orion Prisma, supporting the development, testing, and deployment of system improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow efficiencies and implement automation solutions.

  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

Portfolio Management
  • Support the development and maintenance of a tools portfolio library, tracking costs, contracts, and business alignment.

  • Assist in streamlining systems and tools across platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, MediaOcean, and BOTs.

  • Help identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to enhance operational workflows.

  • Provide insights on tool optimization and support ongoing system improvements.

Compliance & Document Management
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a centralized document repository for process documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.

  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.

  • Support audit preparation and compliance verification by maintaining up-to-date records and SOPs.

  • Help establish standardized documentation processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

GCC Enablement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the scaling and standardization of the Global Capability Center (GCC).

  • Assist in developing onboarding frameworks and communication protocols for smooth collaboration between GCC and onshore teams.

  • Contribute to the execution of a strategic GCC scaling plan, assessing readiness at each phase.

Change Management
  • Support the implementation of a change management framework, ensuring smooth transitions for process and system changes.

  • Assist in developing communication plans to ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Conduct impact assessments and identify areas of potential resistance to change.

  • Work with leadership to maintain an engaged network of change champions.

Supplementary Efforts
  • Provide support for ad hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and operational enhancements.

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to facilitate alignment and efficiency.

QualificationsWork Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related analytical role.

  • Familiarity with media buying systems (e.g., MediaOcean/MBOX products) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Monday.com, Asana, Salesforce.

  • Ability to document workflows (SOPs, RASCI charts, swim lane diagrams) with high attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with change management frameworks and process optimization is a plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$70,000-$75,000 USD
