Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. As such, we created a new Corporate Program Product Management organization to bring together all core corporate payment products including corporate cards, central billing solutions (BTA), and virtual cards. The team will spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US MM customers.

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Card Membership Rewards and Benefits will champion product and marketing operations across the Membership Rewards and Benefits programs within US Corporate Card portfolio’s Platinum, Gold, and Green cards. In this role, the individual will be supporting product operations such as decommissioning aspects of the Membership Rewards program and Benefits program and onboarding net new product functionality. Responsibilities also include marketing operations such as managing marketing blocks, conducting annual reviews of marketing collateral for internal and external partners and clients, and assisting in executing marketing campaigns to drive Membership Rewards and Benefits enrollments and engagement. This individual will work closely with external agency partners and internal marketing teams to build on our product vision and collaborate to identify impactful marketing messaging.

This role will work cross functionally with several groups across American Express including GCS Marketing, US Consumer MR COE, Account Development, Finance, and more.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Card MR and Benefits marketing efforts, partnering with product and marketing teams, managing creative agencies, managing the marketing review process, and maintaining team assets

  • Support development and execution of communications to customers, internal partners and sales teams

  • Champion product decommissions and onboarding for Corporate Card Membership Rewards and Benefits

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on Corporate Card Membership Rewards and Benefits program enhancements and strategic projects to grow Membership Rewards and Benefits enrollments

  • Works closely with Consumer and Small Business and Loyalty teams, identifying opportunities to coordinate marketing strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate independently and proactively; taking initiative and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges

  • Excellent relationship building skills, a strong collaborator with ability to work well across multiple partners and projects

  • Highly organized, with exceptional prioritization and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

  • A customer-first mindset and passion for serving commercial customers

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing operations and/or product management experience

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
