Peace of Mind Technologies, LLC seeks a Security Systems Service Technician in New York, NY. Job duties include: Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs as necessary on security systems. Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures. Maintain accurate records of all remote access databases for DVR, Access Control, and Alarm systems. Bench test and repair DVRs and CPUs. Resolve assigned service tickets and email inquiries and provide phone support for customers and technicians.Candidates must have at least 18 months of professional experience working in security system installation and maintenance. Must have at least 18 months of experience installing security system devices, including alarms and CCTV. Must have at least 18 months of experience troubleshooting system errors and completing repairs. Must have at least 18 months of experience preparing cost estimates, invoices, and equipment proposals for customers. Must be a licensed Security or Fire Alarm Installer in New York State.
