Wells Fargo is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Manager (Virtual) in Consumer Lending, Strategic Alliances and Relationship Management as a part of Wells Fargo Auto Sales. In this role, you will:
Participate in building and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory and identify opportunity for process improvements within the territory
Manage auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio of assigned auto dealerships
Establish and maintain dealer relationships
Terminate non-performing dealers
Resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers, and interface with all level of management, both internal and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience with auto operations, sales, and/or credit
Wells Fargo Auto sales management and business development territory experience
Experience with Wells Fargo Dealer Services systems and platforms
Dealer services or auto finance risk experience
Previous auto finance industry experience
Client account relationship development and management experience
Proficient experience with Salesforce
Tableau experience
Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse analysis
Knowledge and Experience of CRS, DEALERTRAK, and other Auto Applications
Experience working in a virtual dialog environment
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range: Salary range is determined by location of the job.
Nevada: $63 ,600 - $124, 300 annually
Colorado: $57, 200 - $135, 700 annually
Rhoda Island: $63, 600 - $113, 000 annually
Washington: $63 ,600 -$135, 700 annually
California: $63, 600 - $135, 700 annually
Connecticut: $69, 900 - $135, 700 annually
New York: $63, 600 - $135, 700 annually
