Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and independent Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. This role will focus on the Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE) project, a regulatory tool designed to promote transparency in fixed income securities, implemented by FINRA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with the ability to write detailed requirements and manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues related to the TRACE project.

 Presentation Creation: Develop and present decks to senior leadership, summarizing project progress, plans, and key points.

 Requirements Documentation: Write detailed requirements for the TRACE tool and related systems.

 Delivery Updates: Provide regular updates on the delivery status of the TRACE tool, including tracking progress against the plan.

 Financial Planning: Calculate the total cost of changes across multiple systems and document financial plans.

 Stakeholder Management: Engage with over 10 stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

 Data Flow Understanding: Manage high-level conversations about data flow and changes to Insight feeds report and Reference Data systems.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in project management and business analysis.

 Strong ability to write detailed requirements and documentation.

 Excellent presentation and communication skills.

 Ability to navigate and coordinate with multiple teams.

 Proactive and independent work style.

 Familiarity with regulatory tools and compliance, especially TRACE and FINRA requirements, is a plus.

 Ability to escalate issues when necessary.
