Our client, a leading alternative investment management firm, is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support their team in NYC. Hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm. The position is four days in office and one day remote.

Responsibilities:

• Support the head of the department and the recruiting team
• Assist with candidate scheduling, interviewer scheduling, and resume and form distribution
• Coordinate facilities, Zoom reservations, and travel arrangements
• Administer Candidate Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring all information is correct
• Greet and provide hospitality to candidates during on-site interviews as appropriate
• Communicate internally between offices to organize interviews

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4+ years of related experience
• Excellent Microsoft Suite skills
• Experience in professional services preferred
• Organized, self-starter
• Strong written and verbal communication

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $110K base plus bonus
