Our client, a prominent non-profit organization is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Jamaica, New York. The ideal candidate possesses experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, evaluating candidates, extending the offer and everything in-between. Additionally, the ideal candidate will develop new strategies to attract and retain top talent, while also spearheading initiatives to boost efficiency. - Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Programs, Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
