We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter-AdTech to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for our industry leading AdTech solutions, which power PayPal's future. As a Technical Recruiter, you will join a dynamic, diverse, fast-moving global team of Talent Acquisition professionals. As a part of our team, you will recruit highly skilled and innovative talent from around the world.

Job Description:

  • Partner with the hiring managers and business unit leader to understand hiring requirements, products, and services while providing consultative expertise on Recruitment.
  • Weekly Sync with the Hiring Manager and provide a week-over-week progress summary.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned AdTech roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform 15 to 20 Recruiter Screens weekly and fill 10 to 15 quarterly roles.
  • As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in our diversity efforts. You'll develop sourcing strategies to target talent, stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving AdTech Market, source from underrepresented backgrounds, and create a diverse pool of candidates. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping our inclusive and innovative work environment.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing AdTech candidates, including crafting technical assessments and behavioral questions tailored to specific AdTech roles (e.g., programmatic buying expertise, campaign optimization skills).
  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
  • Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers, partnering with hiring managers, PBPs, and Rewards when appropriate.
  • Manage and actively participate in Recruiting-related projects of varying complexity, importance, and priority.
  • You are a copious documenter of the candidate lifecycle in CRM & ATS (Eightfold + Workday).
  • You'll be a data-driven recruiter, naturally attuned to metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate experience specific to the AdTech space.
  • Monitor and guarantee that candidates complete 100% of pre-onboarding requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • (5) Five plus years of Technical Recruiting with a global internet company, eCommerce, or financial services environment, with a strong preference for experience in the AdTech space.
  • You deeply understand the AdTech industry, its key players, and the talent landscape.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with peers.
  • Experience using a hiring applicant tracking system.
  • You have a deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience.
  • Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all organizational levels.
  • Can simplify the complex, manage multiple priorities, and follow various documentation or instructions.
  • Your ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes will set you up for success.
