We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist located in New York. The Pantry Assistant will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by coordinating hospitality services.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with receptionist duties, including customer service and office coordination

• Providing backfill support for team members during their absence

• Utilizing basic office skills to manage pantry operations and hospitality services

• Working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Assisting in the planning and execution of hospitality events and meetings

• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a High School diploma or equivalent qualification

• Basic office skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with vendors and team members

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs is necessary

• The candidate should be a team player, willing to assist others as needed
