The Quality Engineering Manager will spearhead the development and execution of the Quality Plan for a transit project, which includes updating communication systems across 110 subway stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Department, encompassing three managerial roles: Quality Manager, Design Quality Manager, and Construction Quality Manager.

• Maintain the quality system for the project, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.

• Manage documentation reviews, including test plans and quality plans.

• Act as the liaison with transit authorities, facilitating meetings and ensuring project requirements are met.

• Prepare and oversee monthly and daily reports, upholding stringent documentation standards.

• Direct and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring the quality of work meets project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the Quality Field, with at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity.

• Certified ISO-9001 Lead Auditor, recognized by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) or Exemplar Global.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven analytical skills, with effective time management and task prioritization.

Experience in manufacturing or transit is highly preferred, with a focus on quality management within these sectors.

Challenges:

Coordinating with multiple teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
