Our client, a leading Academic Institution, is seeking a P/T Recruitment-Sourcing Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruitment-Sourcing Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting the client group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: P/T Recruitment-Sourcing Coordinator
Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Duration :4 months Pay Range: $35-40/hr
What's the Job?
Assist with increased hiring needs for the client group
Manage scheduling interviews, reviewing applications, reference checks, and junior level searches
Provide support to the HR department in various recruitment and sourcing activities
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes
Other duties as assigned
What's Needed?
Some recruitment experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional level human resources experience, including recruiting
Experience working in an academic or non-profit institution preferred
