Robert Half Property Administrator in New York, New York

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the bustling city of New York, New York. This role is located within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry and will require the successful candidate to manage various tasks related to property administration, including handling tenant inquiries, performing administrative duties, and managing site offices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer service at all times

• Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the property management office

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing relevant information and assistance

• Oversee the management of site offices, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to

• Utilize various software systems such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and Management Systems to streamline duties and tasks

• Perform accounting functions, including managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively

• Carry out billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

• Engage in budget processes, contributing to financial planning and management

• Display proficiency in multitasking, effective communication, and problem-solving to manage various tasks and challenges efficiently. Requirements
