Corgan Project Coordinator in New York, New York
Assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within the parameters of a project provided by a Project Architect or Project Manager for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include: Assist in preparing construction documentation, field observation reports, final inspections, and project closeout; design concepts and information into images using freehand sketching and computer software; incorporate established schematic design, material selection, code required clearances and production time constraints into detailing solutions; determine functional or spatial requirements of structures; gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials to document detailing solutions; assist in coordination with local architects, consultants, and contractors; assist in maintaining log of all RFI’s and Submittals including date received, date returned and status of unreturned requests; and assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or a related field and 3 years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation, including experience in the following skills or tools: Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit; Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Enscape, or Vray; Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop; and Bluebeam. Minimum Salary: 85,200 Maximum Salary: 110,400 Salary Unit: Yearly
