Exciting Opportunity: Project Architect with Revit Expertise!
Are you ready to take your architectural career to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a talented Project Architect proficient in Revit to join our dynamic team, working on diverse projects that include multifamily, hospitality, commercial, civic, and cultural designs!
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Partner with the Project Manager, engaging directly with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
Coordinate with external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Take the reins on design development, construction documents, and the construction administration phase with minimal guidance.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to keep everything on track.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in Revit with a solid architectural foundation.
8+ years of experience in architecture, particularly with multifamily projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction documents and project management.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with Rhino and strong drafting skills.
Comprehensive understanding of both exterior and interior building designs.
Experience in schematic design and design development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
