As a key member of the Strategy and Operations team, the Program Manager, People Program Management Office (PMO) will deliver strategic, cross-functional large-scale programs and deliver impact-driven solutions in line with the businesses strategic goals. This role will work cross-departmentally with team members at all levels, including leaders, to achieve successful delivery of strategic programs.

A successful candidate will be a self-motivated program manager who works collaboratively at multiple levels seamlessly and acts as a champion of Peloton's mission and the People team’s vision by taking ownership to deliver projects’ targeted outcomes and influencing project teams to achieve results in a matrix environment. They will ensure all team members understand the business value and objectives tied to the effort while demonstrating Peloton’s values. This individual will play a critical role in driving programs during a transformational time to deliver on the People team’s vision: We are team member obsessed, cultivating an equitable and inclusive culture that enables people to thrive in the best career experiences of their lives.
