Pay Rate Per Hr:
Minimum: $63.16 USD
Maximum: $80.04 USD
Project Overview
Cloud emphasizes supporting startups as part of its core business, facilitating innovations that drive change. The Startup Programs Team plays a vital role in this mission by developing programs that support startups at each stage of their journey. This team designs and implements initiatives that enable Cloud’s partnership with the global startup ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities
As a Program Manager for Global Startup Programs, you will design, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of various programs. Success in this role requires a solid grasp of the startup landscape, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical skills for assessing program goals and metrics. Your main responsibilities will include:
Creating and implementing systematic, structured reporting for key startup initiatives, such as startup hubs.
Developing and maintaining weekly program reports and insights for stakeholders.
Formulating long-term, data-driven recommendations to improve program outcomes.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
Design Weekly Program Reporting : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop templates for weekly reporting on startup program data.
Conduct and Summarize Weekly Program Analysis : Perform data analysis to complete the standardized weekly reporting on startup programs.
Prepare End-of-Quarter Program Analysis : Develop summary presentations for management, detailing quarterly and full-year program performance for Cloud leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of project or program management experience.
3+ years of experience in a technology company, startup, or consulting environment.
Proficiency in:
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
Business analytics software (Looker)
Salesforce
Strong written communication skills, especially for executive reporting.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or similar.

Pay Details: $63.00 to $84.00 per hour
