JPMorgan Chase Product Portfolio Operations Director, Chase Travel in New York, New York

You are a proven leader with a passion for Travel and delivering high-quality solutions. Join our innovative team and help us ensure that our Chase Travel Product Portfolio meets and exceeds the needs of our customers, agents, and firm.

As a Product Portfolio Operations Director in the Chase Travel Product Portfolio, you are an expert in transformation of business management strategy, creating cross-product transparency, alignment and synergies for one of the largest products in Chase. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to optimize portfolio-level investment decisions, capacity models, and drive complex coordination across Chase Travel and the broader Connected Commerce community. You partner across Product, Technology, Design, Data & Analytics, and functional teams to remove barriers to success for product teams to deliver revenue and efficiencies across the Chase Travel Product Portfolio.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads a cross-functional/cross-product team to enable dynamic investment decisions across the Travel Product Portfolio

  • Works across products and product lines to help ensure delivery against business objectives

  • Implements the strategy to ensure our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized

  • Manages and coaches a team to address overall portfolio health, risk factors, and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Leads portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions

  • Executes the strategy for reporting and communications to support our portfolio management operations and change initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization

  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives

  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies

  • Ability to lead matrixes, cross-functional teams, leveraging collaboration, influence and conflict resolution skills to achieve desired results

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal communications skills with strong ability to develop and maintain relationships

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail, demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions

  • Experience with JIRA, Tableau and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

  • Travel related experience
