MediaRadar Product Operations Analyst in New York, New York

We’re looking for a strong Data Analyst to join the Product team and help accelerate our growth. You’ll manage multiple projects that are critical to our business goals and have a real impact on the business.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Director of Product Operations and Product Management leads to deliver product KPIs that help us understand user behavior, drive product adoption and stickiness, and identify data quality issues and other areas of improvement.

  • Help to manage the product development & analytics tech stack, and implement process improvements based on identified issues

  • Lead cross-functional investigations on data quality. You’ll diagnose trends, drill down into data trends and determine key drivers.

  • Support the Chief Product Officer, Director of Product Operations and other Product leads with strategic planning analysis, go-to-market planning, business case development and ROI tracking, including executive/board-level presentations

Who You Are:

  • An Analyst with 5+ years of experience, preferably at a company with lots of complex data. B2B SaaS experience preferred.

  • An expert at SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Analytics tools like Looker or Tableau. Programming skills strongly preferred

  • A business-oriented problem solver. You know how to structure and analyze data sets to answer key business problems, will dig below surface KPIs to diagnose issues, and always present actionable insights and recommendations

  • A strong communicator. You present actionable insights and recommendations, and can explain your work and recommendations to stakeholders of varying technical and analytical expertise

  • Proactive, curious, creative, organized, dedicated and fun to work with

This is a full-time exempt role with a base salary range of $95,000-$115,000, plus benefits. A final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience, and the Company's pay equity.
