Amazon Product Marketing Manager, Creators in New York, New York
Description
The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. Using existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, we engage and educate Creators, collect Voice of the Creator feedback and translate learnings to product partners. We strive to empower and inspire creators with content, education, and support they need to be successful through all stages of the marketing funnel.
This role will own Creator-facing marketing touchpoints including on site merchandising, marketing placements in our affiliate portal (Associates Central), and integration into customer-facing outbound communications. You will own the end-to-end execution of these marketing placements, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in design, product, analytics, science, and retail. You will be responsible for reporting across marketing placements and leveraging data to inform improvements.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Concept, execute, and report Creator-facing and customer-facing on site merchandising placements. This includes partnering with design, scheduling and merchandising, and reporting on page performance.
Fully own and execute marketing placements in Associates Central, our Creator-facing affiliate platform.
Execute and synthesize reports on key marketing placements, leveraging data to inform improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage timelines and dependencies for deliveries
Must have a keen attention to detail, the ability to manage and juggle competing priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
