As a Product Manager, Vice President - Digital Web Strategist and Content Optimization Lead in Digital Experience, you will have a proven track record of creating web strategies that support our marketing acquisition and deepening goals. You will be a strategic thinker, passionate about improving user experience through content strategy and SEO optimization and have a knack for simplifying the complex. You will be energized by working in a dynamic, collaborative, team-based environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

  • Prioritize enhancements with Product team to support web optimization. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine rankings and improve organic traffic.

  • Partner with our stakeholders to build and execute the content strategies across the globe taking into consideration local requirements.

  • Maintain our sitemaps and performance of our site against marketing goals.

  • Ensure quality and drive consistency by leveraging voice, tone, and content standards.

  • Identify areas of opportunity including process improvements, training opportunities for content strategy and optimization, team building, and success sharing. Regularly audit the website to identify and help resolve any issues related to content, navigation, and usability.

  • Present concepts and work to peers and leadership and communicate and train cross-functional teams on best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

  • 5+ years of experience in: Search engine optimization and Paid search, use of digital tools such as Adobe Cloud products (specially AEM and Analytics), Google Console, SEMrush, Siteimprove, Glassbox, etc, working in Agile development environments, and using common design, documentation, and software development tools (Figma, Workfront, Confluence, JIRA, content management tools). Financial products and/or high-net-worth segments.

  • 5+ years of experience with delivering results in content design and/or content strategy, writing and editing customer-facing content for the digital space, digital content organization, content libraries, and taxonomy, personalization, regional sites/localization and translation workflows.

  • Ability to build consensus and influence a successful design approach by knowing when and how to use content (and when not to).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage, as well as the Associated Press (AP) style guide.

  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, contributors, and stakeholders for multiple projects.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines.Self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to driving success.
