Producer, WebinarsPosition OverviewOur client is looking for a Digital Producer to join their team! This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality virtual events that engage and inform our client's audience. You will collaborate closely with clients, editors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of panels, fireside chats, and editorial sessions. Strong communication skills are KEY!This role will be for about 3 months, 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities Client Correspondence: Act as the primary liaison for client communications, providingupdates, collecting assets, & ensuring client needs are met throughout the projectlifecycle.Project Management: Create and manage project timelines in Monday.com, ensuring alldeadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.Live Event Production: Produce virtual events, including panels, fireside chats, andeditorial sessions, in partnership with our clients editors and external partners.Email Campaigns: Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Iterable andGlobalMeet, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.Event and Registration Setup: Set up virtual events in GlobalMeet and createregistration pages in WordPress.Promotional Copywriting: Draft compelling social media copy to promote events acrossour client's channels, driving audience engagement and registrations.QualificationsStrong project management skills with experience using tools like Monday.com.Proficiency in Iterable, GlobalMeet, and WordPress.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facingroles.A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet tightdeadlines.Experience in live virtual event production, including familiarity with platforms like Zoomor similar tools.Copywriting experience, particularly for promotional and social media content.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
