FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a NYC biotech company that is applying a patient-focused approach to assisting those with autoimmune diseases, is seeking a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST on a long-term, contract basis (6+ months). The ideal candidate will have substantial Pharma / Biotech outsourcing experience and must be familiar with clinical trials and ancillary services. This candidate will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing execution, including bidding, negotiations, contracting, spend management, and timely resolution of supplier related issues. Must have prior experience managing suppliers (i.e. CROs, Clinical Labs, etc.). In collaboration with the company's clinical and medical leadership, this role will lead sourcing initiatives, including generating requests for proposals and negotiating contracts for new and existing clinical vendors. Previous Pharma / Biotech experience is required

Requirements

• Prior experience in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry is required

• Experience managing suppliers (i.e., CROs, Clinical Labs, etc.) across the development pipeline

• Ability to start immediately
