Job Description

An employer is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist in New York, NY. The Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processing and analysis across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing payroll-related service requests from both active employees and retirees through The Employee Hub system, including comprehensive analysis and interpretation of exception time. The position requires serving as an Administrator for our ADP Solution platform, handling payroll tax matters and employee garnishments throughout the year. Additionally, the Specialist will support the Department Manager and team members with special assignments, various departmental studies, and other projects as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 2+ years of full-time experience in a Payroll-specific role supporting a company of 500+ employees - Proficiency in HCM Cloud system

• Proficiency in Oracle EBS null
