We are in search of an Operations Manager to join our team in New York, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is primarily centered around managing the operations and infrastructure of our facilities. The successful candidate will be expected to handle property and facility management, communicate with tenants, and manage facilities’ contract services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all property-related projects and manage office accommodation and facilities efficiently.

• Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the operations and reliability of the facilities.

• Communicate effectively with tenants to cater to their facility needs.

• Handle landlord/tenant relations and deal with operational requirements as necessary.

• Ensure the effective performance management of facilities’ contract services, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, waste management, stationery, environmental, and building consultancy services.

• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships Lead on events, conferences, and meetings.

• Allocate office space according to needs and ensure that office space is leased.

• Manage insurance plans and service contracts effectively.

• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role or similar

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls and providing customer support

• Knowledge in Facilities Management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
