Operations Analyst: Provide pre- and post-trade operational support to trading, quantitative, and fundamental investment teams across a wide range of asset classes; develop and improve processes to support high frequency derivatives trading strategies; manage derivatives clearing, settlement, rolls and expirations; manage relationships with clearing counterparties. Job in New York, NY. $175k/year. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering or related and five (5) years of progressive experience as a Trade Operations Analyst or related. Must have experience with: overseeing lifecycle of systematic future and equity trading by utilizing SQL and Python to analyze large data sets; understanding of the global listed derivatives clearing market in order to onboard futures commission merchants (FCMs) and build derivatives workflows; troubleshooting propriety order and execution management systems and controls; preparing risk report and intraday updates of notable movements of risk exposure, PnL, and market conditions; and managing relationship with executing and clearing brokers.
