WSP USA OneIT - ServiceNow Platform Architect in New York, New York

This Opportunity

WSP has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our business. This role can be located out of any WSP USA office.

As the ServiceNow Platform Architect, your role will involve working and collaborating with customers, business analysts, and team members to comprehend the business needs that guide the analysis, design, development, configuration, support, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. These solutions will align with the company's strategic vision and follow the architectural standards.

Technical

  • Defines, guides, and supports the execution of your technical governance.

Processes

  • Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.

  • Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve your desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.

  • Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

  • Perform system and integration testing.

  • Provide high-level design and specifications for ServiceNow implementation.

Environment and platform health

  • Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance.

  • Assesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.

  • Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.

  • Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.

  • Advises and develops on configuration and coding standards.

  • Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.

  • Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • At least 5-7 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience.

  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.

  • Ability to build Reports, dashboards and homepages with ServiceNow or similar technologies.

  • Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.

  • Extensive experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Service Portal and other ServiceNow modules and applications.

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs.

  • Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE.

  • Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows.

  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferable.

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $99,800 - $145,530

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
