Description

We are seeking an Office Services Associate in NEW YORK, New York, 10036-2708, United States. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service in a corporate environment. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging and maintaining conference rooms for meetings, lunches, and various events.

• Providing service, colleague support and 1st level maintenance

• Cleaning and preparing workstations/offices

• Collecting glass and dishware, loading, washing, and returning items to designated floor locations.

Garbage removal and clean up

Requirements

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Basic Office Skills is required

• Ability to setup and cleanup Conference Rooms

• Experience in Restocking and managing Supplies Inventory

• Ability to perform administrative office tasks efficiently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
