Meta Music Content Operations Specialist, Publishers in New York, New York

Summary:

The Media Content Operations team develops solutions for media companies on Facebook and Instagram by creating scaled systems to address the issues impacting their experiences with the suite of Facebook products. Our Music Partner Operations team is committed to providing support for music content partners inclusive of the specific needs of the industry.We are seeking a Music Content Operations Specialist to manage technical operations and product support functions for North American music publishers.

Required Skills:

Music Content Operations Specialist, Publishers Responsibilities:

  1. Provide front-line support as part of a global partner music operations team

  2. Execute and optimize support workflows for music partners around product use, product insights, and issue resolution

  3. Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including partnerships, operations, legal, product, data and engineering teams

  4. Operational support for music rights management products and tools

  5. Communication with partners in regard to onboarding specifications and processes, including general documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of Operational experience at a rights-holder or digital service provider

  2. Knowledge of digital rights management products

  3. Technical operations capacity (ie. querying, data fluency, and/or specs, troubleshoot data issues)

  4. Experience with metadata standards

  1. Experience working with global teams

  2. Experience with SQL and big data sets

  3. First hand knowledge of the music industry preferably in publishing

  4. Experience to drive results to metrics

Public Compensation:

$33.17/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
