eSentio Marketing Director in New York, New York

eSentio provides technology consulting to some of the largest and most technically advanced law firms and legal organizations in the country, and across the UK. Our teams of consultants are among the most experienced thought leaders in their fields, and we’re continuing to build this team of experts.

We’re seeking a Marketing Director who will report to the CEO and be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and propelling our growth within the legal services industry. The primary goal will be to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with eSentio’s overall business objectives.

Every member of the eSentio team is a professional and is expected to proactively manage their own work outcomes and quality, while collaborating across the organization.

At eSentio you’ll…

  • Oversee all aspects of marketing: branding, content creation, digital marketing and public relations.

  • Lead a small marketing team to meet business objectives.

  • Be responsible for managing the overall marketing budget.

  • Demonstrate a strong return on investment for marketing activities.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly within the B2B and professional services space.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.

    We need you to have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • 5+ years of years of marketing experience in a professional services environment (legal vertical or law firm experience highly desirable.

  • Previous experience working in a marketing director role or equivalent.

  • Experience developing and managing the marketing strategy for an entire organization.

  • Experience with constructing and managing a marketing budget.

  • Experience managing rebranding initiatives.

  • Content Marketing expertise (written, visual and digital content creation).

  • Digital Marketing proficiency (SEO,SEM, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation).

  • Strong understanding of the legal technology professional services industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
