General Function:

The Manager, Finance (Workforce Management and Analytics) works cross functionally to analyze, develop, and implement solutions to support the strategic growth of the brand by identifying business insights and labor management opportunities. This role will own the development of labor forecasting/modeling of our retail stores and working closely with brand leaders and finance partners to identify business opportunities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales, labor forecast, predictive analyses, market insights, and competitive intelligence
  • Understand retail staffing and scheduling processes, identify gaps and root causes; propose and implement new solution
  • Update labor forecasting processes, shift guidance within all database views, reports and interfaces.
  • Drive ongoing improvements to forecasting methodology and labor standards.
  • Lead and train new WFM Analyst as team expands, serve as a coach and mentor
  • Audit, investigate/analyze monthly labor forecasts
  • Responsible for defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining Kronos Workforce Central application (Scheduling, Forecasting and Analytics)
  • Responsible for working with business to gather requirements, configure solutions within Kronos
  • Develops in-depth analysis around sales, discounts, segment performance, and promotions.
  • Based on analysis, provides working diagnosis of store level issues/opportunities.
  • Identifies trends/relationships that can lead to better forecasting of the business and/or improved business performance.
  • Uses analytical skills and judgment to solve problems with limited information at hand.
  • Cooperates with other groups without direct reporting relationship to position.
  • Effectively navigates the organization, leveraging influencing ability and creditability.
  • Maintains frequent oral and written communication with Home Office executives and management, staff, field management and stores.
  • Collaborate in team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and technology teams on projects, support activities to drive key initiatives
  • Create and support custom reports and audit inquiries from the business
  • Responsible for partnering with Kronos to make configuration changes when necessary
  • Run regular and ad hoc reports to monitor and audit system processing jobs, interface integrity, ensuring interface are created to drive the most efficient processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Data Science, IT, or other relevant experience
  • +5 years related workforce management experience
  • Strong Forecasting, analysis, predictive analytics, modeling
  • Experience in working with either R studio, Python or IBM SPSS statistics, forecasting or SPSS Modeler
  • Strong SQL
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Travel up to 15-25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of custom report writing for Kronos or similar WFM applications
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Central software suite
  • Experience working in a Support environment with SLA's
  • Time Keeping systems experience
  • Experience working with Kronos Workforce Central application or similar WFM software preferred
  • Retail experience preferred

Pay Range: 112,560.00-179,880.00

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
