Company: Spotify USA, Inc.Company HQ: 4 World Trade Center, 150 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007Location: *Telecommuting permitted in any region within the U.S.Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer IIDUTIES: Design and implement ETL and machine learning pipelines for Spotify’s Native Ads forecasting system using Scala and Python. Automate and maintain pipeline runs using Spotify tooling such as Luigi. Perform ad hoc data analysis of forecasting system performance on historical campaigns using SQL and Python. Design and create monitoring systems that continuously evaluates machine learning models’ performance. Iterate on the machine learning models to improve the accuracy and quality of Native Ads forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize the functionality and response time of the backend Java API that serves the model results. Conduct engineer interviews in the hiring process of new members. Facilitate onboarding and mentor less-experienced team members in machine learning domain. Plan and prioritize work for team’s quarterly goals. *Telecommuting permitted in any region within the U.S.SALARY: $156,432 to $234,648 / yearWORK SCHEDULE: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday - Friday)JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related machine learning role.
