Shake Shack Lifecycle Marketing Strategist in New York, New York

Job Summary

As a member of our growing Digital Marketing team, the Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will play a key role in developing and managing our digital offers to drive guest frequency and retention. The Strategist plays a key role in ensuring our offer roadmap milestones are met and day-to-day will be responsible for offer set up, offer ideation, testing, and execution within our marketing automation tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills in offer management and campaign execution. This is a highly collaborative role working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and ops teams and will play an instrumental part in the execution of Shake Shack’s offer management strategy.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Offer Optimization:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital offer strategies across various owned and paid channels.

  • Set up, test, and manage offer campaigns within our offer management and marketing automation platforms

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize offer performance.

Analytics and Campaign reporting:

  • Analyze offer campaign data and provide detailed redemption reporting and insights to refine future strategies.

  • Deliver weekly offer performance reports to key stakeholders

  • Create, maintain, and mature an offer management tracking plan

Lifecycle Strategy:

  • Oversee a formal intake process for new requests & work

  • Strategize with cross-functional partners to support offer needs for paid media and regional marketing

  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Data analysis and data visualization experience preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation, orchestration and offer tools a plus

  • Excellent communicator with internal and external partners at all levels of an organization

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

1-3 years

Related Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel

  • Familiarity with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and marketing automation platforms preferred

  • Familiarity with offer management tools preferred

Pay Range - $69,215.00 - $88,265.00
