Position Summary

Our focus encompasses Learning & Development, Talent Analytics, and DEI initiatives, collaborating closely with Executive and HR leaders to implement innovative talent management solutions globally.

The IPG Mediabrands' Talent and Organizational Development team is growing. We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator (L&D) to assist in various learning initiatives, including courses on craft skills and business acumen, Residency (internship) programs, and leadership programs. Reporting to the Learning Management System Administrator, the L&D Coordinator will partner with diverse stakeholders to provide project management support for team priorities.

Responsibilities

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Organize and manage schedules for learning programs and meetings.
  • Oversee registrations, course completions, and evaluations in the Learning Management System.
  • Manage logistics for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events (most are virtual currently). This includes monitoring courses for any technical issues, coordinating with external facilitators, and booking rooms/arranging catering as needed.
  • Answer or filter questions in Learning Inbox.
  • Partner with Communications team to promote upcoming training events.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials as needed.

Program Support:

  • Address program-related inquiries, including training details, schedules, registration, and expectations. Escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain routine communication with participants through Teams posts, updates, reminders for enrollment, and follow-ups on activities.
  • Work directly with facilitators to collect and analyze participant feedback.
  • Attend programs to act as a liaison and producer for facilitators as needed.
  • Collect and organize feedback and testimonials.

Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain and update training materials, course documentation, and marketing assets.
  • Implement file organization guidelines.

Special Projects:

  • Design meeting presentations to promote learning program offerings and metrics.
  • Support coordination of special projects such as the Residency (internship) program.
  • Assist with promoting learning program offerings, metrics, and special events.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for project management.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and enhancing the learner's experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple large-scale global projects with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System or SharePoint

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$65,000-$65,000 USD
