City of New York Junior IFA Analyst in New York, New York

Job Description

Hours: Full-time - 35 Hours

Work Location: 30-30 Thomson Avenue, LIC, NY 11101

The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Finance & Procurement Division seeks a Junior IFA Analyst to support the Capital Interfund Agreement Unit. The selected candidate duties will include, but not limited to, create Budget Code Mods (BCMs), Object Code Mods (OJMs), Inter Purchase Orders (IPOF) to fund and cover pending revenue charges allocated to ached project during the fiscal year; monitor capital projects as it relates to changes in IFA phases such as design, construction, front end planning, and closeout phases; review weekly timesheets and correct employee timesheets for reprocessing; and, assist senior analyst with the IFA forecast spreadsheet comprised of various reports generated from FMS, BI System, BQ96 and Benchmark.

Qualification Requirements

  1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or

  2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
