As an Associate in the Business Development Strategy and Support team, you will play a vital role in executing strategic initiatives to enhance advisor development and productivity. You will work across teams, serving as a versatile collaborator whose responsibilities may evolve based on business needs. This role requires strong strategic thinking, presentation development, and execution skills, along with the ability to implement feedback and propose innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and execute strategic initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders to initiate advisor and client engagement.

  • Assist in project management activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of initiatives.

  • Create and refine executive-ready presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Develop field training sessions to equip advisors and field leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage new tools and strategies.

  • Act as a dynamic team player, adapting to changing responsibilities and taking direction from colleagues at all levels, from analyst to director.

  • Gather and implement feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

  • Provide execution support for key business priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, leveraging diverse skills to achieve business objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex initiatives.

  • Experience in supporting technology tool launches and project management

  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to take direction from colleagues at various levels and implement feedback effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a dynamic workload.

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills; continuously improving standards of work.

  • Bachelor's degree required
