Description

We are currently offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the professional services industry, specifically for the role of an IT Auditor.

• Conduct and lead IT audits, ensuring compliance with established internal controls and regulations

• Utilize skills and software such as Archer, Audit Program, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to perform audits

• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of IT systems and operations, including business systems and application controls

• Review and document audit findings, making recommendations for improvements where necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and mitigate identified risks

• Ensure all auditing activities are in compliance with industry standards like CobiT

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT trends, emerging technologies, and potential risk scenarios

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders

• Provide guidance and support on IT controls and risk management to various business units.

Requirements • Minimum of two years of experience as an IT Auditor or in a similar role within the Professional Services industry

• Proficiency in Archer, Audit Program, and Business systems

• Familiarity with CobiT and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Expertise in auditing application controls, documenting audit findings, and ensuring compliance

• Ability to create and manage documentation related to auditing procedures and findings

• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
