JPMorgan Chase International Private Bank- Business Support Professional in New York, New York

You will partner with Business Heads and key stakeholders to drive growth and change. You will help develop and deliver on business strategies and priorities, and support ongoing operations of the Tech Entrepreneurship team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards

  • Analyze data and create reports using databases for market mapping purposes

  • Assist in the coordination of team activities and networking initiatives, materials for events, town halls, and strategy working sessions

  • Lead internal strategic projects to enhance, track and report the business ongoing activities

  • Support the organization of internal strategic initiatives to pursue improvements in internal processes and product offering

  • Support the creation of marketing materials and newsletter for internal and / or external distribution

  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites

  • Collaborate with functional partners across International Private Bank regions to help achieve business objectives

  • Assist in identifying key business risks and help to drive resolution of mitigating controls

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Developing experience in driving stakeholder agendas, delivering presentations to stakeholders/senior leaders, and articulating rationale in design decisions

  • Skills in communication, writing, organization, and time management

  • Judgment and discretion working with confidential and sensitive information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bilingual English and Spanish

  • An interest in project management, and business analysis

  • 2+ years working experience

  • Coachable professional with good \"business sense\" and an energetic/dynamic personality

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
